- The design process begins with a site visit to gain an understanding of your desires while at the same time, assessing your needs, budget and time table.
- Elements and conditions of the site such as sun aspect, drainage, water and electrical resources, wind patterns, existing features, view corridors, movement, and flow are analyzed and recorded.
- Using the information gathered, concepts are created using a variety of media that may include sketches, computer renderings, and digital photo renderings. These are then presented to you for approval.
- Once the conceptual design is approved, detailed drawings are created. This may require a professional survey of elevations to create or improve an existing site plan. We may also collaborate with engineers, architects, and other contractors to improve design solutions.
- A scaled plan is created that includes working drawings of construction and softscape details. This plan will be used as a guide for installation once it is approved.
- We work closely with you to bring the design to life by placing landscape contours, rock work, walls, pathways, water features, woodwork, lighting, sculpture, and plants through ongoing client involvement.
- We pay strict attention to detail, structural integrity, and sustainability throughout the design and installation process.
